By downloading, installing, or using Links Vault (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Links Vault is a mobile application that allows users to save, organize, and manage links locally on their device.
Network and External Services
The App may make network requests when users add or open links. When a user adds a URL, the App may fetch publicly available metadata such as title, description, and preview images from the target website.
The App may also request favicons from external websites to display link previews. The App may open external links using the device’s browser or installed applications.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or harmful activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App
- Use the App in violation of applicable laws
You are responsible for the content you save or access through the App.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, and source code, is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Termination
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if the App is misused or in violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
